Delete Account & Data
Would you like to delete your account in the app Humboldt Expedition and all associated data? Send us an email — we'll take care of the rest.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@humboldtexpedition.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Use the email address registered with your Humboldt Expedition account — so we can verify the request is really from you.
- We confirm receipt and delete your account and all data, usually within 30 days.
What is deleted
With your account, all linked data is permanently deleted, including:
- Account and sign-in data (email address)
- Your sightings including photos and location data
- Your species identifications and community sightings
- Your drawings and trade offers
- Friend connections and leaderboard entries
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
